CSU Bookstore Ads: Before and After
One of the first things students must do each semester is make sure they have the right books and materials for their classes. For a new student, understanding CSU's process of distributing books can be confusing. This created an opportunity to fine-tune new student advertising to both support students and meet business goals. The Situation While print book sales were once the preferred format for students and teachers, print books currently account for a fraction of booksto

Welcome Resource Guide
Lory Student Center on the Colorado State University campus is a massive, 380,000 square foot building. Winter Break Electrical Upgrade Messaging
When the Lory Student Center announced a building-wide closure for electrical upgrades over Winter Break 2023, clear and cohesive communication was essential. I led the creative direction and coordinated a multi-channel communications campaign to inform the campus community, collaborating with web, content, and social media coordinators. This was a complex process, as access to the student center is critical to students who are not able to travel home over the break. Multiple
