Welcome Resource Guide
Lory Student Center on the Colorado State University campus is a massive, 380,000 square foot building. It has more than a dozen individual food vendors, a newly renovated, two-floored campus bookstore, and more than 40 different campus service offices within its three-story walls. Many resources are available in the student center, but community survey results indicate students don't know about them. The LSC Resource Guide was created as a tool to respond to this need. View

Campus Retail Computer Store Communication Plan
Merging campus services created a need for communication with both internal and external audiences—while also creating an opportunity to work with Apple’s amazing branding assets. In late Spring 2025, one of LSC Marketing’s key retainer partners, the CSU Bookstore, was asked to merge with RAMtech, the campus technology store. When I assumed leadership of Lory Student Center Marketing during a business model pivot, I had the opportunity to add new content services. The department had previously operated project-to-project under an agency model which did not provide written content creation. I shaped our storytelling servic

Winter Break Electrical Upgrade Messaging
When the Lory Student Center announced a building-wide closure for electrical upgrades over Winter Break 2023, clear and cohesive communication was essential. I led the creative direction and coordinated a multi-channel communications campaign to inform the campus community, collaborating with web, content, and social media coordinators. This was a complex process, as access to the student center is critical to students who are not able to travel home over the break. Multiple
